Noorcommunications has passed a significant repair milestone across its Delhi-NCR network, with Gurgaon contributing one of the largest shares of completed jobs over the past year — a sign, the company says, of how much pent-up demand there was for specialist console and device repair in the region.
A large share of that volume in Gurgaon has come from ps4 repair in gurgaon bookings, with HDMI faults and disc-drive issues making up the bulk of requests, followed by overheating and power-supply problems on older units.
Demand for ps5 repair in gurgaon and ipad repair in gurgaon has grown at a similar pace, and the company notes that both categories see a steady stream of repeat customers rather than one-off visits — something it credits to getting the repair right the first time rather than a quick patch job.
Feedback collected from customers near DLF Phase 3 points to turnaround time and clear communication as the two things people mention most, ahead of even price, when asked why they came back for a second repair.
“Hitting this number wasn’t the goal — it’s just what happens when people trust you enough to come back,” said Satnam Singh, CEO of Noorcommunications. “Gurgaon has been a big part of that.”
Noorcommunications says it’s on track to open additional bench capacity in Gurgaon to keep pace with continued growth.
