Having started out life in Brazil, Clayton wanted to do more than what was available to him there. He made the decision to move to the US in 2004, with the goal of creating his own construction business from scratch. While starting out, he was handed a lot of disappointment and unfair situations. Despite the struggles that he faced, Clayton kept going and pushing. He would go door to door to find clients, post ads on sites like Craigslist to find jobs, and wear all of the company hats to handle every aspect of the business. Without that drive, that fire, he would never have gotten to where he is today!
Where He Is Now: Business and Life
After 7 years of incredibly hard work, Clayton has built an 8-figure construction business with a huge number of satisfied clients and successful projects. He’s become one of the top 1% of the industry through his hard work and mental strength. Through his attention to detail, ability to lead, and high levels of confidence and talent, he has made sure to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike. Going above and beyond in his efforts, Clayton makes a point of always getting things done on time, on budget, and in style!
Along with his time on the construction business, Clayton has a passion for helping others. Whether it be through helping with their home renovations, teaching them how to believe in the possibilities that can be reached if they focus and trust the process, and mentoring them on how to become the best version of themselves. After going through the challenges of being an immigrant and starting his own company, he knows a thing or two about how to push through and make things happen.
In his personal life, Clayton has a beautiful and loving family: a wife and two little boys. He’s also an athlete who greatly enjoys traveling, as well as a philanthropist who takes the time to give back to others!
